- A Discovery session is the most crucial part of the process. It’s where we assess your coachability, uncover your needs, and help you gain clarity on the type of coaching required and the path forward. Once we’ve crafted a plan, you’ll be placed on the waiting list to begin as soon as an opening becomes available.
